Our Mission is to provide a safe living space and support system that will be Your Foundation Forward into the meaningful and healthy life you are hoping for. We believe that your ongoing recovery requires your taking responsibility for your life. We will stand with you as you make the effort to accept and resolve the “Wreckage of the Past”. We will be your guidepost as you make those important decisions that will shape your tomorrow, TODAY.
Freedom Arch is a community of people who bond over their common circumstance. We support each other in times of hardship and celebrate in times of victory. We believe that giving residents the tools they need helps pave the way for their long-lasting, healthy recovery. These tools include the Twelve Steps used in many fellowships where recovering people confront a variety of destructive addictions and learn to thrive in sobriety. We offer an unparalleled support network that is tailored to the changing needs of our residents. Our Self-Help Mentoring is at the core of our offering, helping community members get back on track. We are not a treatment facility, but, if needed, we coordinate outside treatment with Atlanta based therapists and addiction professionals. Our collaboration network provides our clients with that extra process they may need.
I don't have the magic answer. I'm not a guru. What I do know, beyond any doubt is this: if someone is really done with their life of alcoholic and addictive behavior, then all delusions that you can ever drink or use again safely, have been smashed. YOU CAN RECOVER. You cannot do it alone. We do this together, as a community, One Day At A Time. Our specialized Supported Living Residences focus on providing a warm community as well as reducing the stress of daily life so our clients can focus on getting back on track. We work on many areas where an addict/alcoholic needs restoration: credit resolution, career rehabilitation and physical restoration. Sobriety is absolutely the foundation our clients are choosing to embrace. We are upfront with our program fees so there are never any surprises. Take advantage of a truly compassionate environment where you are never alone. Call us at 470-265-7676 to learn more. We hope to join you in the sunlight of the spirit with your new life.
Stay Forward,
Tyler

On Page 164 of Alcoholics Anonymous, we hear about a One-Day At-A-Time invitation that serves as an ongoing compass point for recovery: “You will Trudge the Road of Happy Destiny". This may seem like a contradiction. It is not! How do we reconcile “trudge” (a difficult & laborious walk) with “Happy Destiny”? All people who remain sober and move towards meaningful lives are in agreement and clear about one thing: You must do the necessary work to be liberated from the wreckage of alcoholism and addiction. Unless you do the work, you will never find level ground or move in a new direction. Doing the required work will give you insight and direction for your journey. You will discover the vitality in the phrase, “You will know a new Freedom and a New Happiness”. Eventually, your “trudging” finds new meaning because your life will expand and move away from the isolation you find yourself in at the beginning of your journey. No matter what challenging circumstances you face, you will have the skills and faith to stay forward. Gradually, you connect with humanity and the world around you as you stay and flourish on “The Road of Happy Destiny”. (CJF)
